Co-Chairman of the IPM Consortium; Co-Chairman of the IPBC Standardization Council of the BRICS Platform for Innovative Development - a technological association of business, industrial, scientific, educational, professional and civilization communities to passport IP-Assets (intellectual property rights), to form markets for products and technologies of BRICS with added value of IP-Assets, to prevent risks of innovative entrepreneurship in BRICS countries. Organizer of interaction with business and professional communities in BRICS and BRICS partner countries.

The goal of the interaction is to promote innovative approaches, models and methods of intellectual property management in the BRICS+ community through inclusive international cooperation and volunteer co-operation.

Objectives of the interaction:

1) popularization of innovative approaches, models and methods of intellectual property management among the BRICS+ learning youth and population;
2) inclusive training of IP-Assets management practices in BRICS+ countries;
3) creation and organization of activities of specialized national structures in the BRICS+ countries;
4) practical assistance in optimizing the risks of entrepreneurship and business development through intellectual property management.

Activities:

1) achievement of objective 1 (popularization)
— personal accession to the IP- Management Convention;
— dissemination through public speeches (offline, online, in mass media) of innovative approaches, models and methods of intellectual property management;

2) achievement of objective 2 (training)
— inclusive training in innovative approaches, models and methods of intellectual property management;
— certification of the competence of trained persons;
— stakeholders adhere to the IP-Management Convention;

3) achievement of objective 3 (organization)
— facilitating the establishment and participation in the work of the international trade union for the protection of intellectual rights of workers and employers;
— establishing and organizing the work of the national office and secretariat of the IPBC Platform in the BRICS+ country;
— formation of IPBC Competence Centres and Associations in the BRICS+ countries;

4) achievement of objective 4 (practice)
— adaptation of IPBC standards to the legal norms of the BRICS+ countries in the copyright regime;
— certification of IP-Assets for the BRICS+ markets;
— direct participation in the formation of BRICS+ IP-Asset markets;
— facilitating the formation and development of enterprises based on the principles of the IPBC Platform in the BRICS+ country.
